STAT en NeVLAT

De Society of Teachers of the Alexander Techniek (STAT) werd in 1958 opgericht en geldt als het officiele orgaan van de Alexander-Techniek in Europa. STAT speelde een belangrijke rol bij de oprichting van Alexander-Techniekverenigingen in Noord-Amerika, Canada, Duitsland, Zuid-Afrika, Zwitserland en Israel. Ook de in 1997 opgerichte Nederlandse Vereniging voor Leraren in de Alexander Techniek (NeVLAT) is een zustervereniging van de STAT.
